Vaidya Sanatan Mishra is a fourth-generation classical Ayurvedic practitioner. He cures his patients while introducing them to the holistic aspect of Ayurveda. Furthermore, Vaidya Sanatan Mishra’s dedication has been instrumental in establishing Ayurveda, and his formulation to treat modern diseases has been life-changing.
With the motto “Ayurved Sabse Pehle,” he vigorously works towards fostering Ayurveda into the mainstream healthcare system. He is currently formulating his own medicines and using the ancient wisdom that runs in his DNA.

Writing this has already started making me overwhelmed with gratitude. I am 21. Turning 18 changed my life. I was into everything drinking, smoking, psychoactive drugs and everything that I could manage to get. I was addicted to these shits in no time. From trying 1, then to becoming a chain smoker, drinking just to enjoy and then to till I collapse. I was an athlete before it but surroundings and injuries changed everything. 2024, it hit me with rock bottom. My gut just gave up, acidity and indigestion were such extreme that I had to even think twice before drinking a glass of water. From March to December i showed everywhere from aiims to the best private doctors available in Delhi. Acidity was a bit in control but indigestion was not leaving me. I lost around 15kgs and so so concerning hairfall. letting you know I tried prp treatment, minoxidil etc. In jan 2025 I had my first appointment with Sanatan sir and his team in Delhi and I explained him everything but not the addiction part that I was into. Strangely after the first appointment I felt quitting all of it and starting a new journey. Honestly this was an uphill battle. Although this thought was always at back of my mind but I wasn't able to restrain myself. Slowly aushadhi started their magic digestion improved despite of not quitting. With time I got to know more about ayurveda through Sanatan sir and his team. Steadily my will to quit increased. Its all god's grace. From 2025 may I am clean, healing and improving.The most difficult part was to quit smoking as it's the easiest addiction around and 90% of people whom I meet on daily basis smoke. I got to experience that ayurved isn't just limited to medicine, its a lifestyle and blessing to the mankind. God's grace made me quit it in months without any specific effort towards it, which people aren't able to do in their whole span of life, years pass by and they are struck among meds and therapies. I have started to persuade my family and close ones to understand the value of ayurved and practice it. This is a transformation I never imagined. ...Ayurved sabse pehle... Pranam Sir 🙏 We are sharing our experience of pure ayurveda. Ek saal phele hamri lalli 13 month ki thi , tab use suddenly fever ke Sath hands legs blue color hokr uski body curved ho gyi thi.. Hamne modern hospital me turant lalli ko admit karaya Tha, wha lalli 4 day admit rahi & in last unhone bola ki ye attack aage bhi kabhi bhi fever me aa sakte hain to lalli ki continuous antiseizer medicines chlengi Cerebral palsy bhi ho sakta hai Jiski vjh se ham log kafi dar gye the Luckily my younger Brother works in sir's team and he was with sir that day when it all started. So he talked to sir about it And sir suggest its a proper Grahdosha and we have to do grahchikista (mantras & ausdhidharan , agnihotra , Daan etc ) Now it have been one year and our baby girl is totally fine without any modern medicines and no oral medicines (only grah chikista ) Bcoz sir don't prefer oral medicines to kids (< 5 years ) We are very very thankful to sir ❤️❤️🙏🙏 You are maintaining the legacy of your ancestors and ayurveda🙇♂️🙇♂️”
